All network projects of course require good technical skills, and for the more technically challenging projects Astrix status as a Microsoft Partner ensures our level of competence. Our primary skills, however, are in understanding the business rationale that underpins each project, and managing the change and risk that are the constant companion of IT projects.

Despite our focus on the technical and process aspects of network projects, we also pride ourselves on dealing with clients’ staff courteously and thoughtfully. This is not only manifest in small ways such as tidying up thoroughly, but also in a wider awareness of the disruption that our work and significant IT changes represent to people’s everyday work.

We’re pleased to assist with projects and are as comfortable taking responsibility for all aspects of a project as working alongside an in house IT team by providing additional or specialist resources.
